Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Flat Rate: $12.95 USD
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders. We do not ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our aluminum screening, assembled screen doors, and all our premium screening solutions. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Custom products cannot be returned (see non-returnable items below)

Non-Returnable Products

Due to their custom nature, these products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All custom-cut screening materials
  • Florida Glass Screen products
  • BetterVue Invisible Screen
  • Screen Tight components that have been installed
  • Any product showing signs of use or installation

Returns Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Product details (name and quantity)
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package Securely: Repackage item(s) in original packaging with all included materials
  4. Ship Back: Send to our Baltimore facility:

    Clearly mark the RMA number on the package
  5. Inspection: We’ll inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt
  6. Processing: Once approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Exchanges Process

For eligible products (like different mesh types of No-See-Um Screen or Brite Bronze screens):

  1. Follow the same initial steps as the returns process
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
  3. Specify the replacement product
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using trackable shipping services (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Information

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days of approval
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Credit card refunds: Allow 7-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds: Typically appear within 24-48 hours

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged items or incorrect products (like wrong size Screen Frame & Components):

  2. Include photos of the damaged/incorrect product
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost
  4. In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item using a prepaid shipping label
