We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Express Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx with tracking, delivered in 10-15 days after processing
- Free Economy Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 days after processing
Do you ship internationally?

How are delicate products like decorative screens packaged?
All products are carefully packaged at our Baltimore facility. Screen frames include corner protectors, screening rolls are shipped on sturdy cores to prevent damage, and delicate materials like Brite Bronze mesh receive additional protective layers.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging (excluding custom-cut materials). To initiate a return:

What if my product arrives damaged?
